ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the respondent in not complying with the orders of this Court in W.P.No.20026 of 2016, dated 24.01.2019.

2. The counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor are present.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dues payable to the petitioner towards his encashment of earned leave and unearned leave, have not been paid by the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced before the Court the documents reflecting payment of entire outstanding amount due to the petitioner and also the acknowledgment submitted by the petitioner towards receipt of the same. 2/4
