The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 03.10.2017 in accordance with law and cancel the UDR Patta Number SF.No.9/62/00079 Sq.Meter, S.F.No.9/6400036 Sq.meter and S.F.No.9/65-00039 Sq.meter and issue New Survey Number in the palce of above Survey Number by engaing a Land Surveyor, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the Writ Petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 03.10.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law and cancel the UDR Patta Number SF.No.9/62/00079 Sq.Meter, S.F.No.9/64-00036 Sq.meter and S.F.No.9/65- 00039 Sq.meter patta was wrongly issued in the name of his uncle in UDR patta and the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2017 is to correct the mistake. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice to direct the concerned the Government Authority to consider the representation of the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that 2nd respondent is ready to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4.Taking note of the submissions of both the counsels, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the parties concerned.

5.This Writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
