Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.08.2025 for fixation of guideline value with respect to the subject property situate at Sri velavan Nagar, Plot No.9 Vellavavipudhur village, Mulanur, Dharapuram Cirle, Tiruppur District measuring about 1477.50 sqft within a stipulated period as fixed by this court.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Prakash For Respondents : Mr.U.Baranidharan Special Government Pleader Order The prayer in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a mandamus to the respondents to considers and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.08.2025 and to fix guideline value for the petitioner's property.

When the matter is taken up today, Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents would submit that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the representation made by the petitioner has been considered by the Sub Registrar, Mulanur, and the guideline value for the subject property has already been fixed at the rate of Rs.300/- per sq.ft., by virtue of order dated 12.09.2025 and hence, the Writ Petition may be closed by recording the same.

3. In view of the subsequent developments taken place during the pendency of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
