This petition has been filed by the petitioners to extend the time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial magistrate -II, Alandur, in Crl.O.P.No.25772 of 2022 by order dated 22.10.2024.

Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from today. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioners.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
