ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 05.02.2020 passed in C.M.P.No.28058 of 2019 in W.A.No.SR 159747 of 2019 stated that the contempt proceedings shall be kept in abeyance until further orders from the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. 2.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed for the present.
