ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/ plaintiffs to sue the 2nd defendant whose residence and act done by him is outside the local limit of this Court.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the first defendant/ Trust is registered Office within the jurisdiction of this Court and that the second defendant resides outside the jurisdiction of this Court and prays this Court to allow the application. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 4.Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, I am satisfied that this Court has jurisdiction to try the present suit since the first defendant/ Trust is functioning within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the application in A.No.3623 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to initiate the present suit before this Court.
