[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] Heard. Though this Court had granted bail to the petitioner/appellant in Crl.A.No.340 of 2023 by order dated 09.11.2023, is yet to be released, because he is unable to offer a blood relative as surety.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's wife is willing to stand as surety, instead of a blood relative. He would further submit that in view of the poor financial condition, the petitioner may be permitted to offer sureties for Rs.10,000/-.

3. Considering the said submission, condition 11(i) of the order dated 09.11.2023 in Crl.A.No.340 of 2023 is modified as follows:- "The appellant shall execute a bond and furnish two sureties for a likesum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with his wife as one of the sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases) Chennai at Poonamallee, Chennai 600 056."
