ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to remove the 3rd and 4th respondents' name in the existing Patta No.59, and issue a Join Patta in favour of petitioner and petitioner brothers and sisters for Natham New Survey No.75 /11D and old Survey No.75 extent of 0.8.43 ares situated at Manjamedu VIllage, walajabad taluk, Kancheepuram District based on petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025.
2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 1st & 2nd respondent.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the demise of her mother, the petitioner and other legal heirs are entitled for the subject lands. When she came to know about aspect that the existing patta is in the name of respondents 3 & 4, she made a representation dated 06.08.2025, to remove the 3rd and 4th respondents' name in the existing Patta and issue a Join Patta in favour of petitioner and other legal heirs. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this writ petition.
5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to grant 4 weeks time to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
7. In the case on hand, after the demise of her mother, the petitioner and other legal heirs are entitled for the subject lands. When 3/6
she came to know about aspect that the existing patta is in the name of respondents 3 & 4, she made a representation dated 06.08.2025, to remove the 3rd and 4th respondents' name in the existing Patta and issue a Join Patta in favour of petitioner and other legal heirs. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date.
8. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
