This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the impugned FIR in Crime No. 104/2022 dated 27.02.2022 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, Thittakudi PS, Cuddalore District and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police would submit that charge sheet has been filed in this case in e.filing No.LTN20220002167 C202500292 on 19.09.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thittakudi and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
