This petition is filed to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.K.Myilsamy, the learned counsel appearing for the caveator/respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 158 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
