[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, as it came to light that some crucial documents particularly approved lay out, sale deed etc., have not been filed, Mr.S.Venkatesan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned main 'Writ Petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) but made a plea to preserve all the rights of the writ petitioner to come up with another writ petition on the same subject matter after annexing all necessary documents.
