This Criminal Revision has been preferred challenging the order dated 13.08.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, in Crl.M.P.No.1782 of 2024, thereby allowing the petition filed by the fourth respondent under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., and also directing the third respondent to register the complainant lodged by the fourth respondent. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.
