As per the joint memorandum of compromise entered into between the parties on 11.04.2023, the appellant had agreed to pay a sum of Rs.21,00,000/- and it has also been agreed that FCOP.No.201 of 2019 for divorce will stand allowed on such payment.

2. The Division Bench has recorded compromise on 11.04.2023 and directed compliance with the orders. The appellant/ husband has paid a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- before 30.06.2023 as agreed to. Pleading certain difficulties in paying the balance sum of Rs.8,00,000/- the respondent/ husband filed C.M.P.No.13424 of 2023 seeking extension of time. The said petition was allowed by us on 18.07.2023 granting time till 31.08.2023. It is now stated that the remaining Rs.8,00,000/- has also been paid.

3. In view of the same, the compromise is recorded and FCOP.No.201 of 2019 will stand decreed.
