This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second and third respondents by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27572 of 2022 by an order dated 11.11.2022.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant. This Court granted anticipatory bail to the second and third respondents on condition that each of them shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of crime number within a period of two weeks, failing which the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. Subsequently, the said condition was modified in respect of quantum alone and directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- each, by an order dated 23.12.2022.

3. Even then, the second and third respondents failed to comply the said condition and did not produce any surety so far. As per the conditions imposed by this Court, if the second and third respondents

failed to comply the conditions, the anticipatory bail petition filed by them shall automatically stand dismissed. Therefore, in view of the noncompliance of the conditions imposed by this Court, the anticipatory bail granted by the second and third respondent stands cancelled.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
