The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 4(1) (aaa) r/w 4(1-A) of T.N.P. Act ( Transport) in Crime No.587 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that all the three accused were found in possession of 660 liters of ID arrack in 12 polythene bags in a car bearing Registration No.TN 22BH 8878. It is stated that there is one previous case against the first petitioner and two previous case against the second petitioner.

3. In view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
