ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent filed a status report, as per which, the investigation was already completed and after considering the 38 documents that were collected and the statements of 28 witnesses that were recorded, the investigation report is now sent by the respondent to the Government proposing to initiate only Departmental Action and to drop further proceedings. Upon receipt of the approval from the Government, appropriate Final Report will be filed before the concerned Court.

2. In view thereof, the same stands recorded and no further adjudication is necessary in this quash petition. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
