This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to implead him as respondent in W.P.No.26863 of 2023 filed by one D.Vijayakumar.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.21345 of 2023 is tagged with the above writ petition viz., W.P.No.26863 of 2023 and both the writ petitions are heard together, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
