O R D E R

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 4(1)(A), 4(1)(B), 4(1)(C) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024 r/w 123 of BNS (328 of IPC) in Crime No.135 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This Court, by an order dated 21.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23226 of 2025 dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioners.

3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners claimed that coaccused were already arrested and subsequently released on bail. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. This Court is of the view that there is no change in circumstances and since earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed, on the ground that custodial interrogation of the petitioners are necessary is this case and illicit arrack was in possession of the petitioners herein, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 25.09.2025 ssi To:
