Mr.N.Shanmughasundaram, learned counsel submits that the appellant has given instructions for withdrawing the captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Appeal' [hereinafter 'CMA' for the sake of convenience and clarity] and captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of convenience and brevity] thereat.
