The present petition filed by the defacto complainant to assist the Public Prosecutor in the Criminal Appeal No.675 of 2024.

Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that effective assistance is required in this case to meet the ends of justice.

Learned counsel for the appellant have no serious objection with the petitioner assisting the Public Prosecutor.

Thus, Crl.M.P.No.18068 of 2024 stand allowed. The petitioner is permitted to assist the Public Prosecutor while conducting Crl.A.No.675 of 2024.
