This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25785 of 2024 by an order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on every working day at at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thiruppur.
3. Considering the above submission, the condition No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25785 of 2024 on 23.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before learned Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thiruppur on 6th December 2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
