This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 22.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17008 of 2024 to 1/3

report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply with the conditions imposed on him and also did not execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem, by order dated 22.10.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), therefore this petitioner has not complied the conditions, this Court finds no merits in this petition.
