This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions in para 8(a) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 30 days imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24432 of 2024, dated 18.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the Investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 8(a) imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
