This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to issue publication in one issue of daily newspaper "Makkal Kural"

circulated in entire Chennai, as substituted service to the 8th and 9th respondents/8th and 9th defendants in C.S No.93 of 2010.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant/plaintiff is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 05.01.2024. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

3. List the matter on 05.01.2024.
