ORDER
Crl. MP No. 17786 of 2025 has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed in judgement passed in Crl. A. No. 102 of 2023 dated 23.07.2025 on
the file of I Additional District and Sesssions Judge, Tiruppur, in confirming the order of conviction dated 24.02.2023 passed in CC No 197 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi.
2. Crl. MP No. 17787 of 2025 has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering pursuant to the order of conviction in Crl. A. No. 102 of 2023 dated 23.07.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner found guilty under Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC in CC No 197 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi and thereafter he preferred appeal before the I Additional District and Sesssions Judge, Tiruppur, in Crl. 4. The learned Government Advocate raised objection to suspend the sentence.
