Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise petitioner's service from the date of petitioner's initial appointment i.e. 04.11.1998 as Driver and to pay all monetary and other service benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court in light of order Made in W.P. No.22740 of 2010 dated 15.12.2017 implemented in G.O (2D) No. 5 Environment, Climate Change and Forest (Fr. 2 (i) Department) dated 04.01.2022 and G.O.(2D) No.11 Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR2 (i)) Department dated 22.01.2024 and Amendment issued in G.O (2D) No 56 Environment, Climate change and Forest (Fr. 2 (i)) Department dated 03.06.2024.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the petitioner's service from the date of petitioner's initial appointment i.e. 04.11.1998 as Driver and to pay all monetary and other service benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court in the light of order made in W.P.No.22740 of 2010 dated 15.12.2017 implemented in G.O (2D) No. 5 Environment, Climate Change and Forest (Fr. 2 (i) Department) dated 04.01.2022 and G.O. (2D) No.11 Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR2 (i)) Department dated 22.01.2024 and Amendment issued in G.O (2D) No 56 Environment, Climate Change and Forest (Fr. 2 (i)) Department dated 03.06.2024.

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the 3/6

petitioner dated 26.07.2023.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2023, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim. No costs.
