This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 4 to 7 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent S. Fathima Ummal in the appeal and rank them as respondents 5 to 8 in the above appeal.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed .
