(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for the execution of the Security bond in T.O.S.No.3 of 2009 (OP No.693 of 2008) passed by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2024 in C.M.P.No.15997 of 2024 in O.S.A.No.251 of 2023.
2. Mr.S.R.Rajagopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner has to travel from Bengaluru, Karnataka and owing to her health condition, she could not able to execute the bond in time and therefore, requested this Court
to fix a specific time limit.
3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Learned counsel for the respondents also has no serious objection for extending the time. Since the petitioner has explained the cause for the delay in executing the security bond, time is extended by four weeks and this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to ensure her appearance in person.

Sundar J) Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.Learned counsel appearing for the parties have admitted that an inadvertent error has crept in, in the order while mentioning the year of the Original Side Appeal in O.S.A.No.251 of 2019. It is stated that, in the order, the year of the Appeal is shown as 2023 instead of 2019.
3.Therefore, Registry is directed to correct the year of the Appeal in prayer portion as well in Para No.1 of the order dated 25.11.2024 as "O.S.A.No.251 of 2019" instead of "O.S.A.No.251 of 2023" and issue fresh copy of the order to the parties.
