Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent submitted that in pursuant to the Order of this Court passed in W.P.No.31442 of 218, the claim of the petitioner has not been accepted vide their Order dated 21.01.2020 and the Order of this Court dated 07.03.2019 in W.P.No.31442 of 2018 has been complied.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is for the petitioner to seek her remedy in the manner known to law before appropriate forum, if she is aggrieved by the Order passed of the respondent.
