This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 214 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. The respondents 1, 3, 4 and 5 have no objection in the delay being condoned. The 2nd respondent has also left it to the Court to decide the issue of condoning the delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 214 days in preferring the Writ Appeal is condoned.
