(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed consequent to the death of the first appellant R.Sivaramakrishnan, to bring on record the legal representatives.

2. An affidavit has been filed by the third appellant R.Easwaramurthy contending that the legal representatives of the first appellant are not willing to join as appellants and in view of that, the present petition has been filed to implead them as further respondents in the Appeal Suit.

3. Since there is no dispute about their relationship, the petition stands allowed.

4. Registry to carry out necessary amendments recording the death of the first appellant and the recording of respondents 11 to 13 as his legal representatives.
