This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of one year.

2. When the application came up for hearing on 19.09.2025, this Court ordered private notice to the respondent. Private notice has been served on the respondent and affidavit of service has been filed. There is no representation on the side of the respondent either in person or through counsel.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the proceedings is at the stage of trial and hence, sought extension of time.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the materials placed before this Court, time is extended by nine months from today.
