This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 18.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16744 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18064 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter, during Court hearing dates.
