ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subsequent to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filing of the Writ Petition, the final order was passed rejecting the proposal of the fourth respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner from the date of his appointment. Aggrieved over the same, a fresh Writ Petition in W.P.No.20073 of 2018 has been filed, therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
