The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a declaration to declare that the petitioner is eligible to be considered for appointment in the posts at S.No.9-15 under the PSTM quota pursuant to the recruitment notification No.01/DMA/Recruitment/2024 dated 02.02.2024 issued by the second respondent.
2. Let me not enter into a detailed discussion with respect to the possibility of the petitioner coming under the zone of consideration since it is contended on behalf of the respondents that he had not obtained the qualifying mark to be considered eligible to move up the ladder for the further step. So far as PSTM category is concerned, the respondents may examine whether, without availing the PSTM category, the petitioner herein would be eligible to be considered.
3. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected
