ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent

herein to take necessary action for removing the septic Tank put up by the 2nd respondent herein pursuant to the Notice dated 19.08.2025 issued by him issued under Sections 41 (2) and 41(4) of Tamilnadu public Health Act, 1939.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners complaint within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the proceedings will be concluded within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the second respondent, notice to the them is dispensed with.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to conclude the proceedings based on the petitioner's complaint after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
