The learned counsel for the respondent makes a statement on instruction that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties, and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the deposited sum of Rs.1,55,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Five Thousand only) in C.C.No.1528 of 2011, on the file of Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate No.IV Court, George Town, Chennai.

2.This petition stands allowed accordingly. The petitioner is now entitled to withdraw whatever sum the respondent had deposited in the aforesaid C.C.No.1528 of 2011.
