This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the NDPS Court, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8810 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11687 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the final report filed before the Principal Sub Court, NDPS Act Cases, Chennai and the same was not taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 3 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.8810 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11687 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Sub Court, NDPS Act cases, Chennai on 3rd January, 2025 at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, on the first and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
