C.M.P.No.27836 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.SR.143647 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the above Appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is challenging the award only with regard to quantum of compensation as against the respondents 1 & 2 and therefore notice is not necessary to the 3rd respondent and prayed for dispensing with the notice to the 3rd respondent.

Accordingly, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispense with.

3.Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, submitted that the respondents 1 & 2 have no objection for allowing this petition.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 87 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
