ORDER
On 05.02.2026, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.03.2026, even on that day there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today.
2. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
