This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para 6(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23177 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 04.10.2024 to report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in Spl.S.C.No.256 of 2024 pending on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 19.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in Para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23177 of 2024 vide order dated 04.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, in connection with Spl.S.C.No.256 of 2024 on 19.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
