O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for a period of two weeks to comply with the order of this Court dated 15.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24960 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court vide order dated 15.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24960 of 2024 directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.6,58,000/- by way of Demand Draft before the trial Court within a period of 30 days from the date of the order. As per the directions of this Court dated 15.10.2024, the petitioners have taken Demand Draft in the name of the concerned Court below, however, as the Demand Draft was taken on the last date of extended period, they could not present the same before the concerned Court 2/4

below. Therefore, the present petition is filed praying to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court dated 15.10.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, time is extended by two weeks from today to comply with the direction of this Court dated 15.10.2024. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.6,58,000/- by way of Demand Draft before the trial Court within a period of two weeks i.e., on or before 20.12.2024 and file a memo before the concerned Court below. 09.12.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No ms To
