The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had paid the entire tax and hence he is not pressing the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as not pressed and he also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
