ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's application in File No.MA3065266389123 dated 17.04.2023 for issuing passport to her within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.
2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate for R2 and Learned Assistant Central Government Standing Counsel for R1 submitted that they have no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2023, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There will be no order as to costs.
