This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court vide bail order dated 09.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25230 of 2024 (On the file of this Hon'ble Court) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also directed to appear before the trial Court on every hearings without fail".

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the Investigation is not yet completed.
