2. Since similar petition in Crl.O.P.No.33748 of 2019 is filed by the same petitioner came to be dismissed by this Court on 06.01.2020.

On perusing the averment made in the petition seeking police protection, this Court finds that the petitioner, who is the member of the bar have some grievance over the local police and filed this petition, as if, there is a life threat. apprehension is unfound. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
