Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.17635 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024. For Petitioner : Mr.N.Beulah John For Respondent : Mr.P.Balathandayutham Special Government Pleader O R D E R The petitioner herein has filed the present Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.17635 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the 1/4

documents placed on record.

3. Aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17635 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024, the respondent has preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1330 of 2025. It is the contention of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that in the connected case, viz., W.A.No.3532 of 2024, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted Stay on 03.12.2024, thereby pleaded that the same will apply to the present petition also.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed at present and subject to the result of the Writ Appeal, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition.
