ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in impugned order Na.Ka.No.1568/Aa.

Ka.Thu.Aa/ Sa.O./Ko.Ma/2017, dated 10.11.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and to direct the respondents to grant permission to hold public meeting on 17.11.2017 or any other subsequent date i.e., 10.12.2017.

The petitioner filed this petition challengeing the impugned order dated 10.11.2017. The said impugned order was issued in the month of November, 2017. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.
