With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Though the petitioner herein has challenged the proceedings in G.O.(D).No.1514 dated 11.11.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have already filed a Review Petition before the 1st respondent on 23.02.2023 and he would be satisfied if the Review Petition is disposed of within a stipulated time. 3.In the light of the submission made, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the Review Petition filed by the petitioner dated 23.02.2023 within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 2/4
