(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This writ petition has been filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue the Enrolment Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the Roll https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Number.1685/2014 given to him by the 2nd respondent. 2.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Enrolment Certificate has been received by the petitioner and therefore, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
